The EA365 Sport is an annual fee based company; therefore all fees are required upfront unless a payment plan is selected in order to collect the outstanding balance. Failure to make a monthly payment will result in the student-athlete information being removed from the internet and all ties with current interested coaches will be interrupted until payment is received.

You agree that your use of this website will not violate any local, national or international law. All of the information you have provided EA365 Sports.com and  EA365 Sports. is completely accurate and truthful. You have not and will not access unrightful information (you have not and will not access other user's passwords, usernames.

By registering for a college coach's account, you must be a NCAA Division I, II, or III or other college athletic association head coach, assistant coach and/or official collegiate recruiter. All categories listed above also agree not to used the  EA365 Sports information to violate any rules and regulations set in place by NCAA.

By registering for a high school or club coach's account, you must be currently employed or have been previously employed by a high school or club organization in the sport for which you are registering.

By registering as an athlete, you must in fact be a high school athlete or college student who is looking to transfer to another university as a NCAA athlete.

By registering untruthfully as an athlete, college coach, high school coach or club coach you can and will be held liable for your actions and the consequences. This is considered unrightful access to information and  EA365 Sports reserves the right to pursue further action.

You have not and will not access those files reserved solely for  EA365 Sports administrators and  EA365 Sports You have not and will not solicit other FCAArecruiting.com users and/or members.

Soliciting registered users of  EA365 Sports, either coaches or athletes, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any and all persons or companies soliciting registered users of  EA365 Sports

You have not and will not use any of  EA365 Sports material (logos, graphics, art works, text, articles, database, internet coding, etc) without written permission from  EA365 Sports and the translated documents provided by  EA365 Sports, Inc. are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or services obtained from  EA365 Sports without the express permission of  EA365 Sports

EA365 Sports is not responsible for the actions of those users (both coaches and athletes) who do not abide by NCAA regulations.  EA365 Sports is in no way affiliated with the NCAA. All users are responsible for their own actions. All users are responsible for knowing the NCAA's rules, regulations, and laws. All users are responsible for abiding by the NCAA's rules, regulations and laws. Neither www. I, the consumer, agree to the following terms and conditions when enrolling into the EA365 Sports.  I understand that I am obligated to pay for a full four months of service. I also understand that I am expected to pay each months fee no later then the 15th of every month. If payment is late then I unerstand that my profile will be password locked and I will loose access until the payment is made. There will be a termination of the contract if payment is not received within 15 days of the payment due date.  There is a termination fee $60 if the payment package choosen is terminated before the completion of the fourth payment; after the fourth payment the termination fee is eliminated from the contract and 15 day payment window rules will still apply to any consumer after four months of service.  If I do not fulfill my obligation of four months I understand that my account will be turned over to a collection agency and I will be responsible for the rest of my payment and any fees applied by the agency.
