It gives me great pleasure to elaborate on the story of Chad Allen. The evolution of Chad Allen, the athlete, has been a path that Mr. Allen chose to create himself.  2010 was a year of awakening for Chad in all facets of sports.  He excelled in every sport that he participated in.  He ran track, played goalie and forward in soccer,  yet after making the junior varsity football squad he realized that football was his calling.   His early years of high school football mainly consisted of playing special teams and little playing time at receiver.  To most athletes this situation would be very disheartening or maybe even lead to quitting. Although Chad is different, he turned his lack of playing time into motivation that he used to become the most hard working and dedicated athlete he could be to his first love, football.  Chad has aspirations of playing in the NFL one day, and fully embraces the hard work he has to put in to achieve this goal. In his own words he stated, “ I will achieve nothing less than starting in the NFL. As soon as this became one of my life long goals I began to work hard at it, and I have not stopped working for it and never will,  even when I’m in the NFL I will keep getting better. ” During his sophomore year Chad was moved to quarterback; although, he did not know much about the position Chad decided he was no longer going to be just good or average. So, he went out and found Tom Martinez, Tom Brady’s lifelong quarterback coach. He had the opportunity to work with Tom for over a year. Within that year, Chad excelled and developed like no other.
His extreme hard work and dedication led Chad to great success as a quarterback and a leader on his team. At Stanfords Quarterback Camp Chad won the accuracy competition two years in a row, in 2012 and 2013. Now Chad currently holds the Spring starting quarterback spot at Menlo-Atherton’s High School. His hard work on the field also transitioned over into his studies at school. As a young student athlete, Chad is well aware of what is required to achieve his goals and he knows  it starts in the classroom. Chad isn’t your average student athlete, he is an excellent student and a strong Christian leader, unlike most, he realizes and knows the hard work necessary for success and goes after it with a great attitude, this separates him from the rest of the 2014 class. Being mentored by an assortment of athletes on multiple levels , including an NFL quarterback, has all contributed to Chad excelling at an astonishing rate. Chad Allen is always evolving as a student athlete as well as a young man, and looks forward to the future knowing that his hard work is paying off. Most people will elaborate on stats or judge their future recruits by those stats, but here at EASports365 we focus on the student athlete as a whole.  Chad is simply a coach’s dream, and any collegiate team will improve their roster by adding Chad to their roster.  Chad knows that the eye in the sky does not lie, and whether it’s his film or if it’s God, he looks forward to competing in the 2014 football season knowing that he has done everything in his will power to put himself in the best position to succeed, and will continue to do so until he reaches his future goal of starting in the NFL.
